Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or benefiting from any information and services provided through this website. By accessing, using, or benefiting from any content, information, or services of hamintour, which provides airline, train, and bus ticket services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with even one of the following terms, please refrain from using this website.
Changes to these terms and conditions will be updated on this page, and your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- hamintour operates in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- The content of the hamintour website may only be used for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Any misuse of the content of this website will be subject to legal action. Commercial use of the content is only possible with written agreement between both parties.
- hamintour is committed to protecting the registered information of its passengers and will only provide information to legal authorities upon official request. hamintour undertakes to protect your information to the best of its ability and continuously improve the technology required for safer use of the website.
- hamintour will make every effort to provide complete and accurate information but shall not be responsible for incomplete information. hamintour is obligated to provide services according to what has been sold, and in case of errors in displaying information or performing services, passengers may request cancellation without penalty.
- Carrying a valid identification document (national ID card, birth certificate, or passport) is mandatory for ticket acceptance and use. Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements, accuracy of information, and validity of documents lies with the person making the reservation.
- Since travel selection and information entry are under the buyer’s control, responsibility for any potential errors lies with the buyer.
- Ticket delivery and notifications are carried out via phone calls, SMS, and email. Responsibility for the accuracy of mobile number, landline, and email information lies with the buyer. In case of infrastructure issues and failure to receive the ticket, hamintour bears no responsibility. However, tickets can still be retrieved through the tracking and cancellation section of the website and application.
- Buyer payment only constitutes a purchase request, and ticket purchase becomes final only after receiving the ticket via email or SMS. Due to the large number of suppliers, system inconsistencies, and network disruptions, some purchase requests may not be accepted by suppliers or errors may occur in displaying availability and prices. In such cases, hamintour reserves the right to reject the purchase request and immediately refund the paid amount after informing passengers.
- If the buyer or passengers request a refund for a canceled ticket or rejected purchase, the refundable amount will be transferred via interbank transfer (Sahab) to the provided bank card within a maximum of three business days. Instant credit refunds are available for members.
- If refunding to the original payment card is not possible for any reason, hamintour may refund the amount to another bank card announced by the buyer or passengers.
- hamintour offers various discount codes, each with its own specific terms and conditions. Please note that different campaign discount codes can only be used once per person, and some discount codes are limited to purchases through the application. In case of ticket cancellation, penalties are calculated based on the original ticket price, and the discount amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Online ticket cancellation is available, and customer service representatives provide guidance to users; however, they are not responsible for ticket cancellations made by passengers.
- The customer satisfaction department of hamintour follows up on passenger complaints via email within a maximum of 7 business days in an impartial manner. Therefore, passengers may only submit complaints to relevant organizations if the complaint is not addressed through this department.
- For all routes departing from Iran to Iraq:
- A PCR test valid within 72 hours before the flight.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) with a Ministry of Health QR code, except for medically exempt individuals who must provide supporting documents.
- Please note that some flights, depending on the number and duration of stopovers, may require a transit visa in addition to the destination visa.
- Responsibility for checking documents (including passport, visas, medical regulations, etc.) lies with the passenger.
Airline Ticket Terms and Conditions
- Since hamintour itself issues scheduled flight tickets, all responsibilities regarding issuance and follow-up are borne by the company.
- Since hamintour is only an aggregator and seller of charter flight tickets, responsibility for pricing, final ticket issuance (presence of passenger names on the flight list), and cancellation conditions lies with the ticket issuer (charter provider). The company’s commission covers searching and displaying the cheapest charter flights, facilitating online ticket purchase, requesting ticket issuance, delivering tickets to passengers, and following up on issues with the issuer if necessary.
- Child ticket prices on charter flights are the same as adult prices; children older than 2 years are considered adults.
- Purchasing a ticket for a child traveling alone is possible only through coordination with support staff and at the adult fare.
- Purchasing a ticket for an infant traveling alone is not possible. To add an infant to an existing reservation, passengers must visit the airport before departure. Each adult may accompany only one infant.
- Scheduled flight ticket prices are based on airline pricing, while charter flight prices are determined by the charter provider. Prices are stated on the ticket, and hamintour may not alter prices beyond its specified commission.
- According to Civil Aviation Organization regulations, responsibility for flight quality, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, baggage transport, and baggage delivery belongs to the operating airline.
- Tickets are issued in the passenger’s name and are non-transferable. All times shown on tickets are local times.
- Pregnant women and passengers with specific medical conditions must carry medical clearance for air travel.
- Cancellation of scheduled flight tickets follows airline regulations, while charter flight cancellations follow charter provider rules.
- Passengers booking connecting flights must allow at least 3 hours between flights and ensure airlines are partner carriers.
- According to aviation regulations:
- Adult: over 12 years old
- Child: 2 to 12 years old
- Infant: under 2 years old
- Passengers must arrive at the airport:
- 1 hour before domestic flights
- 4 hours before international flights
- Safety supervision fees imposed by the Civil Aviation Organization are non-refundable.
- hamintour bears no responsibility for aircraft type changes made by airlines.
- If traveling with pets, passengers must contact support before ticket issuance.
- Group bookings require airline approval.
General Rules Before Purchasing International Flight Tickets
- Passengers are advised to review purchase and refund policies before buying international tickets.
- Changing passenger names after ticket purchase depends on airline and supplier conditions.
- Passengers must verify visa requirements for destination and transit countries before purchase.
- If a passport has less than 6 months validity remaining, passengers will not be allowed to leave Iran.
- Passports of U.S. and Canadian travelers must have at least 6 months validity upon return.
- Payment of departure tax, city tax, tourist tax, and ensuring no travel ban exists are the passenger’s responsibility.
- For Schengen stopovers where the final destination is outside the Schengen Area, a transit visa is mandatory.
- Flights destined for the U.S. may not transit through Canada.
- Flights destined for Canada may not transit through the U.S.
- On U.S. and Canada routes, passengers must collect and recheck baggage at the first entry point.
- For U.S. and Canada routes, at least 4 hours transit time is recommended due to immigration procedures.
- Some airlines require online check-in through their official websites; failure to do so may result in penalties.
Train Ticket Terms and Conditions
- Train services operate at full capacity from June 1, 2022.
- Passengers must carry either a digital or printed copy of the ticket and a valid ID throughout the journey.
- Lost tickets can be reissued at railway stations with online ticketing systems for 5% of the ticket price.
- Compensation for delays or service issues is only payable to passengers holding printed tickets.
- Different passenger quotas exist:
- General quota
- Women-only quota
- Men-only quota
- Train age categories:
- Adult: over 12 years old
- Child: 2–12 years old
- Infant: under 2 years old
- Online train ticket cancellation is available through the website and app.
- Train cancellation penalties:
- Up to 3 days before departure: 10%
- 2–3 days before departure: 20%
- 1–2 days before departure: 40%
- Up to 3 hours before departure: 50%
- Less than 3 hours before departure: 90%
- After departure: non-refundable
- Passengers must be present at the station at least 1 hour before departure.
Car Transport by Train
- Maximum vehicle dimensions:
- Height: 158 cm
- Width: 180 cm
- Temporary import vehicles are accepted only if permits remain valid.
- Fuel level must not exceed one-third of the tank.
- Vehicles must be delivered between 8 AM and up to 3 hours before train departure.
- Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of arrival.
Bus Ticket Terms and Conditions
- According to road transport regulations, travel route, ticket price, delays, and bus quality are the responsibility of the operating bus company.
- Travel duration and arrival times are approximate.
- Ticket cancellation conditions are determined by bus companies.
- Mid-route boarding is only possible through coordination with the bus operator.
- If departure times, seat numbers, or bus models change, passengers may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Group bus tickets cannot be partially canceled.
Customer Club Terms and Conditions
- Members receive reward points for purchases:
- Airline ticket: 10 points
- Train ticket: 5 points
- Bus ticket: 3 points
- Earned points increase the chances of winning in hamintour competitions.
