1. Visa Services
Visa application and processing fees are strictly non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authorities or processing has begun.
Please note:
- Government and embassy charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by the traveler may lead to rejection without refund eligibility.
- Processing times are determined by embassies and immigration authorities and are outside hamintour’s control.
2. Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy
Airline cancellation penalties vary depending on:
- Airline regulations
- Ticket class and fare type
- Time remaining before departure
- Whether the ticket is scheduled or chartered
Refundable amounts are calculated after deduction of airline penalties, taxes (where applicable), and hamintour service charges.
Scheduled Flights
For regular airline tickets, cancellation fees are applied according to the airline’s official fare rules. The exact conditions for your ticket class are displayed during booking and included in your ticket confirmation.
In most cases:
- Early cancellations receive lower penalties
- Last-minute cancellations incur higher deductions
- Certain promotional or discounted fares may be completely non-refundable
Charter Flights
Charter flight tickets are governed exclusively by the charter operator’s rules.
Important notes:
- Some charter tickets cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances
- Refund percentages vary by provider and cancellation timing
- Cancellation approval is subject to confirmation from the charter company
hamintour acts solely as the booking intermediary for charter flights and is not responsible for charter operator policy changes.
3. Bus Ticket Cancellation
Bus ticket cancellations are available under the following conditions:
- More than 24 hours before departure:
- 10% cancellation fee
- Additional fixed administrative fee may apply
- Less than 24 hours before departure:
- Ticket becomes non-refundable
Departure schedules and route operations are managed directly by transportation providers.
4. Train Ticket Cancellation
Train ticket refunds are processed according to railway authority regulations.
General refund rules:
- Up to 24 hours before departure:
- Low cancellation penalty applies
- Within 24 hours before departure:
- Higher cancellation charges apply
- After train departure:
- Tickets are non-refundable
In certain cases, passengers may be required to process refunds in person at railway stations and present identification documents along with the original ticket.
5. Tour Package Cancellation
Tour cancellation fees depend on how close the cancellation request is made to the departure date.
Typical cancellation structure:
- More than 7 days before departure:
- Partial cancellation fee applies
- Between 7 days and 72 hours before departure:
- Increased penalty applies
- Less than 72 hours before departure:
- Significant cancellation charges apply

Refund conditions:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, and suppliers
- International refunds may require additional banking verification
Estimated refund timeline:
- Up to 14 business days after final approval
7. Service & Administrative Fees
All approved refunds may be subject to:
- Service fees
- Banking transaction costs
- Currency conversion charges
- Administrative handling fees
These fees are deducted from the refundable balance.

- Arriving at terminals or airports within required check-in times
Failure to comply with airline, railway, bus operator, embassy, or tour regulations may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund eligibility.

hamintour shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Political events
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Airport or transportation disruptions
Refunds in such cases are subject to the policies of the relevant service provider.
