Beauty Clinics in Iran: Ten Tehran Options to Compare
The most useful clinic comparison begins with your concern, the clinician who will treat it, the product or device, and a plan for complications. Here you can compare ten Tehran clinics offering relevant services, inspect 48 source-attributed images from nine of them, and see what each public source can—and cannot—prove.
Illustrative provider-published case from H2 Clinic’s gallery. Your result may differ.Choose a clinic by the treatment plan, not its advertising
First describe your goal in plain language. Is it loss of facial volume, a line caused by muscle movement, uneven pigmentation, acne scarring, or unwanted hair? Similar-looking pictures can represent very different treatments. Botulinum toxin changes muscle activity for a period of time; a filler adds volume or reshapes a selected contour. Laser and other energy-based treatments depend on a diagnosis of the skin problem and the device settings. The clinician needs to explain whether the procedure you asked for is appropriate at all. The NHS advice before cosmetic procedures emphasizes research into practitioner, risks and aftercare even when a procedure appears minor.
The ten centers below publish a relevant service and location on their own websites. We prioritized Tehran so an international patient can compare consultations and arrange follow-up without moving between distant cities. We have not inspected every branch or observed its sterilization practices. We have not found a consistent public dataset of patient outcomes that could justify a scientific “best clinic” order. The table is a useful shortlist for verification, not a scorecard. Ask for the treating clinician’s full name and professional registration, and check the record through the Iranian Medical Council search. A physician name on a marketing page does not prove that physician will perform your treatment.
For injectables, request the brand, material, quantity, lot number and expiry date before the procedure. For laser, request the device model and a plan appropriate to your skin type. These details let you compare written proposals that actually cover the same service. Public galleries can help you ask questions about technique; they cannot certify treatment quality or make a result predictable.

Clinic profiles, original sources and published cases
Each image below is served from Hamintour’s host and linked to the publishing clinic’s original photo or gallery. Photos belong to the named provider; they are not identified as Hamintour patients or as independently audited outcomes. Where a case has a separate “before” and “after” file, the label describes the source file, not a new patient.
1. Pamchal Clinic
Location: Tehran, Saadat Abad. Published treatments: Fillers, botulinum toxin and skin rejuvenation.
Its website separates filler, botulinum toxin and contouring examples. That helps you focus on the treatment you actually want, although a photograph alone does not reveal product, dose or follow-up interval. The provider has published slightly different address wording elsewhere; reconfirm the exact entrance and unit before you travel.
Published address: Saadat Abad, above Kaj Square, start of East 5th Alley, Mahsa Building, Floor 5, Unit 25. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Which clinician created the case shown, and did the pictured patient have any additional treatment?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
2. H2 Clinic
Location: Tehran, Farmanieh. Published treatments: Fillers, botulinum toxin and PRP.
H2 publishes a relatively detailed treatment gallery, including several lip-filler comparisons. Use them to ask what the clinic means by a subtle or marked change; do not infer your ideal volume from another face. An assessment should include product, planned volume and when to recheck after swelling settles.
Published address: Farmanieh, Andarzgoo Boulevard, opposite Amir Chocolate, Salari cul-de-sac. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: What exact product and volume are proposed, and who will perform the injection?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
3. Iranian Clinic, Zaferanieh branch
Location: Tehran, Zaferanieh. Published treatments: Fillers and dermatology services.
Iranian Clinic has several branches. Its smile-line filler page publishes examples labeled before and after. Make sure the branch named in your appointment, quote and follow-up plan is the same branch you researched. The clinician responsible for your treatment matters more than the size of the network.
Published address: Eejazi Square, Asef Building, Floor 3, Unit 7. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Will the Zaferanieh team and named injector be the same people in the consultation, procedure and review?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
4. Roziba Clinic
Location: Tehran, Shariati Street. Published treatments: Fillers, botulinum toxin and skin care.
The gallery includes chin and facial-contouring examples. Compare expression, angle and lighting, then ask whether filler alone addresses the concern you have. Some patients need assessment of skin, muscle action or dental and facial structure instead of more volume.
Published address: Shariati Street, opposite the metro station, Ziba Street, No. 58, Ziba Building, Floor 1, Unit 2. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: What result is realistic with filler alone, and what alternatives would you discuss?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
5. Behdis Clinic
Location: Tehran, Dastgerdi / Zafar. Published treatments: Fillers, botulinum toxin and laser.
Behdis publishes lip, chin, facial and skin-related images. Decide what you are comparing before viewing them: lip shape at rest or while smiling, treatment of a single line, or balance across the whole face. For any filler plan, ask about the product and how the team responds to unusual pain or skin-colour change.
Published address: Dastgerdi (Zafar) Street, Gooyabadi Street, corner of Peyvandi, No. 19. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Which published cases used the same product and area proposed for me?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
6. Landa Clinic, Tehran branch
Location: Tehran, Punak area. Published treatments: Chin and jawline filler, botulinum toxin.
The site shows chin and jawline examples, and the brand also has a branch outside Tehran. Confirm which published examples relate to the Tehran treating team. For jawline work, assess balance from the front and side rather than one carefully chosen angle.
Published address: Ashrafi Esfahani Street, above Punak Square, beside Payambar Clinic, Azadeh Alley, Baharan Building, Floor 5, Unit 15. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Which branch, injector and product are included in this quotation?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
7. Baran Clinic
Location: Tehran, Shahrak-e Gharb. Published treatments: Fillers, dermatology and laser.
Baran publishes information about filler and a gallery that includes separately labeled before and after files. Four photographed comparisons here appear as eight files; they should not be counted as eight different patients. Ask for the injector’s name, the product and a review plan.
Published address: West Dadman Boulevard, No. 122. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Which images show the same area and product proposed for my consultation?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
8. Tandis Clinic
Location: Tehran, Shahrak-e Gharb. Published treatments: Injectables, laser and skin care.
The provider lists several injectable and energy-based services. Its public gallery did not yield cases we could verify and reuse in the Arabic source, so we have not attributed another clinic’s pictures to Tandis. A broad service menu should prompt questions about device model, settings and skin-type risks, not an assumption that every treatment suits you.
Published address: Dadman Boulevard, opposite the petrol station, beginning of Jahad Street, No. 105, Floor 2, Unit 6. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Can you provide five documented cases for my specific procedure, with dates and the treating clinician?
We could not verify reusable public before-and-after cases in this provider’s gallery. Ask for documented, procedure-specific examples directly; we have not substituted another clinic’s pictures.
9. Lemon Clinic
Location: Tehran, District 22 / Chitgar. Published treatments: Fillers, botulinum toxin and laser.
Lemon publishes before-and-after examples alongside information about its injectable and laser services. The cases are a way to ask about the named operator, material and time of the “after” photograph. They are not a prediction of how your own face or skin will respond.
Published address: Kharrazi Highway, Ardestani Boulevard, Parseh Commercial Complex, Floor 8. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Which clinician and product were involved in a case most similar to mine?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
10. Erfan Hospital Laser & Skin Clinic
Location: Tehran, Saadat Abad. Published treatments: Dermatology, laser and selected injectables.
This skin and laser clinic is associated with the Erfan Hospital setting and publishes gel-injection examples. Ask exactly where the session occurs, who the treating clinician is and how urgent concerns are handled after opening hours. A hospital location does not by itself verify an individual injector’s training.
Published address: Saadat Abad, between Sarv Intersection and Municipality Square, Bakhshayesh Street, Erfan Hospital. Provider address source.
Official clinic site · Original provider gallery
Ask before booking: Where will the treatment take place and who is on call if symptoms develop afterward?

These provider-selected examples do not document every product, dose, accompanying treatment, image date or follow-up interval. Ask the provider for complete records relevant to your consultation.
Which clinic should you compare for your treatment?
Lips, chin, cheeks and jawline
Begin with centers that publish examples for the same facial area: Pamchal, H2, Iranian Clinic, Roziba, Behdis, Landa and Baran each provide a relevant starting point. None is automatically a match for your anatomy. Ask whether the intended product is hyaluronic acid, how much is proposed, whether staged treatment is safer or more appropriate, and what the clinician would do if correction or dissolution became necessary. The US FDA’s dermal-filler guidance explains that accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause tissue injury and, rarely, visual loss or stroke. That is why the injector’s training and emergency response matter more than a discount.
Botulinum toxin for expression lines
Compare offers by named product, units and treated muscles rather than the word “session.” Discuss how much movement you want to retain around the forehead, brow and eyes and when a review would be appropriate. Avoid treating photographs taken at different expressions as direct evidence of the drug’s effect. The American Academy of Dermatology’s overview describes the treatment and questions to raise with a dermatologist.
Laser, pigmentation and scars
Melasma, post-inflammatory pigmentation and acne scarring are distinct problems. Ask for a diagnosis, device name, settings strategy, number of sessions, sun protection advice and a discussion of skin-tone-related discoloration risks. Erfan, Tandis and Behdis publish relevant skin or laser services, but their service menus alone cannot establish suitability. If a clinic offers a device-based procedure before examining your skin and history, seek a proper assessment first.

USD prices: useful benchmarks, not quotes
The Iran figures below come from a single English-language Tehran provider’s published treatment lists for international readers. They are indicative list prices, not a median of the ten clinics above or a set of quotations observed by Hamintour. We do not have a verified sample of comparable written offers from these ten clinics to calculate a reliable median. Ask each provider to confirm the unit, product, quantity, injector and review policy in writing.
| Treatment | Iran published example | What the unit means | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lip filler | About $80–$200 | Provider describes a session; volume varies | Brand, milliliters, injector, review |
| Jawline or chin filler | About $100–$250 | Provider’s listed treatment range | Number of syringes and areas |
| Forehead botulinum toxin | About $60–$300 | Published forehead range | Product, units and muscle areas |
Approximate prices. Source names: Dr. Roxanna Sadoughifar’s published lip-filler, jawline/chin filler and botulinum-toxin treatment lists. These are one provider’s examples, not market averages or binding offers from the ten clinics in this article.
A limited international comparison for lip filler
The following public figures mix different units and pricing methods. It is useful for rough budgeting only; it cannot prove that any country is always cheapest. Iran’s published example begins at a particularly low price in this selected set, but the final cost depends on the material, amount, clinician and aftercare.
| Location and published example | Approximate USD | Unit and limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Iran, Tehran provider | $80–$200 | Per advertised lip-filler session; volume unspecified |
| UAE, Dubai provider | $270–$950 | About AED 1,000–3,500 per 1 ml; illustrative AED conversion |
| UK, London clinic | About $455 | Standard £350 for 1 ml; illustrative GBP conversion |
| United States, professional association average | About $743 | Average lip augmentation with filler; not a matched 1 ml package |
All prices are approximate. Source names: Dr. Roxanna Sadoughifar; Medilife Wellness Clinic Dubai; Surgicare Aesthetics UK; American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Currency conversions are illustrative, not live exchange rates. The sources use different price units and scopes, so compare actual written quotations before choosing.
Ask for an itemized USD quote naming the clinician, product, amount, consultation, treatment, review, taxes and any transport or interpretation. Compare the hamintour-assisted proposal with other written offers on the same terms. A transparent comparison is more credible than an unsupported claim to have the lowest price.

How to read the before-and-after photographs
The hosted examples appear under the clinics that published them, with direct source links. They are selected by those providers, not independently audited. Look for the same facial expression, angle and lighting. Ask how long after treatment the second image was taken and whether another treatment, makeup or retouching affected the result. A photograph just after injection may show swelling rather than a settled result. Similar faces can require very different quantities and techniques.
We show 48 image files, including Baran’s separately labeled before and after files. File count is not a patient count. Tandis has no displayed case because we could not verify one for reuse. For other treatments, visit the Hamintour before-and-after library or the filler examples section, and check each case’s original source. If you want to make a decision based on a provider’s gallery, ask them for uncompressed originals and written permission to discuss comparable cases in consultation.
A practical safety checklist before booking
- Identify the injector. Request the full name, specialty and registration number, then check the Iranian Medical Council record. Clinic registration and individual professional registration answer different questions.
- Confirm the branch. Put the exact clinic name and address on your appointment and quote, especially with multi-branch brands.
- Inspect product information. Ask for brand, material, volume, lot number and expiry, and have the provider explain storage and authenticity. Vague labels such as “premium filler” are insufficient.
- Discuss medical history. Tell the clinician about previous injections, medications, allergies, relevant illness, pregnancy possibility and recent dental or skin work. Do not change prescribed medicine based on an article.
- Know the urgent signs. Unusual severe pain, blanching or darkening skin, and any visual change after filler require immediate medical assessment. The FDA safety page describes serious vascular complications.
- Plan follow-up. Keep consent, product records, invoice, instructions and a way to reach the treating team. Arrange care at home if needed.
Social-media follower counts and curated reviews are weak substitutes for professional credentials, a clear product record and a credible complication plan. If someone pushes for payment before naming the injector or explaining risks, pause the booking.
If you are traveling to Iran for treatment
Before buying a ticket, describe your goal and relevant medical background to the proposed provider. Optional photographs can help set up the consultation, but the clinician should assess you in person before treating. A trip plan should allow time for consultation, treatment if appropriate, review and a margin for swelling or unexpected concerns. Avoid grouping multiple procedures into one day purely for convenience.
Check entry conditions through the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs e-visa portal and your consulate. Check current travel and safety advice applicable to your nationality, such as the UK government’s Iran advisory. Entry rules, payment access and transport options can change. Ask your insurer whether elective aesthetic treatment and complications are covered. The CDC’s medical-tourism guidance recommends planning for complications and continuity of care.
Before leaving Iran, obtain a record naming the clinician, injected product and amount or device and settings, written aftercare instructions, urgent contact details and the date of any review. If you need treatment back home, disclose what was done. A nearby hotel is convenient; a documented care pathway is more important.
How hamintour Medical Tourism helps
hamintour Medical Tourism is a medical-tourism coordination platform. We are not a clinic, hospital or treating medical team. We do not diagnose skin concerns, prescribe products or perform injections. The licensed treating clinician and facility decide whether a treatment is suitable and are responsible for clinical care.
We can help you assemble questions and relevant records, compare available providers, arrange consultations and ask for written proposals. If you travel, we can coordinate flights on request, accommodation suitable for your circumstances, airport pickup, local transfers, interpretation or patient accompaniment when needed, and practical support during the stay. We can also facilitate contact for follow-up after you return. Ask us to state which services are included, which are optional and who supplies each element. The final decision and informed consent remain yours and the provider’s.
Our aim is to make your options easier to verify and your trip more organized. You can contact the providers directly or ask us to coordinate. Compare our itemized proposal with other quotes and ask about any difference. Read more on the medical tourism platform, browse the medical magazine, or send a question on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a ranking of the best aesthetic clinics in Iran?
No. These are ten Tehran research leads with published services, addresses and sources. There is no independently audited outcome dataset behind a numerical ranking.
Does each clinic have five before-and-after photos here?
Nine clinics have at least five hosted source-attributed images, while Baran has eight separately labeled files. We could not verify reusable public cases for Tandis, so none are attributed to it.
Are the USD prices current offers from these ten clinics?
No. They are indicative public examples from named external providers, not quotations or a median of the ten clinics. Request a written quote for your product, amount and clinician.
How do I check who will inject my filler?
Request the clinician’s full name and registration number, check the Iranian Medical Council profile, and confirm that this person will assess, treat and review you.
What if I have severe pain or a visual change after filler?
Seek urgent medical assessment immediately. Do not wait for a routine appointment or an online reply.
Can hamintour decide which treatment is right for me?
No. hamintour Medical Tourism coordinates information, providers and travel. A licensed treating clinician must make the medical assessment with you.
Is a short cosmetic trip always appropriate?
Not necessarily. The clinician should assess your history, treatment, follow-up and travel timing. Build in a margin for review and unexpected problems.
Three sensible starting options for your shortlist
These selections point to different types of publicly available evidence; they are not a top-three clinical ranking or a promise of a partnership. Match them to your treatment and verify the clinician before you proceed.
- H2 Clinic — its detailed gallery makes it a useful starting point for a patient comparing lip-filler style and asking for product and volume details.
- Iranian Clinic, Zaferanieh — its named branch page and treatment examples let you test whether the branch, injector and gallery are aligned.
- Erfan Hospital Laser & Skin Clinic — its clinic site and address page make it a reasonable inquiry for dermatology or laser concerns. Confirm the precise procedure, operator and after-hours plan.
For procedure details, use the non-surgical treatments guide before requesting an individual assessment.
